Whew....

yesterday at abt 5pm...

this morning...

thank you for your prayers if you heard on facebook

Was a hard day yesterday. Seth had an allergic reaction to what? We're not sure yet...

Gonna skip the blogging today and rest. He's feeling much better and we see the allergist this coming Friday- the appointment was already in place, but now we can't wait! We need to know how to keep Seth's health at it's best.

  1. I usually have the child refrain from the most allergic foods for one month, then re-introduce them one at a time and notice the reaction:

Wheat, corn (including high fructose corn syrup), peanut, milk and casein) soy, and eggs and the nightshades (tomatoe, green pepper, eggplant)

If there is a reaction to any of them it is better to avoid them, or later on go on a rotation diet.

Sometimes it can be to an artifical color, preservative, pesticide, msg (in almost all packaged products)

It almost looks like, from the photos that it was an insect bite?

    Praying for direction for you.

  2. Well, no insect bite to be found and no reaction such as raised itching from a bee sting (perhaps). We had considered that maybe he swallowed/ingested something in the blowing wind that day as we were in a park not too long before the outbreak.

We have held back wheat since and have noticed a marked difference in his skin rashes that are typical for him. Had blood panel allergy tests today at CHOC and are hoping for some determination from that as well!

Thank you for the tips on keeping foods back as well as rotating them!

  3. Hi Samantha,

Praying the LORD heals Seth & completely rids him of allergies. Father in Jesus name please LORD bless Samantha with wisdom on the cause of the allergy. Please LORD if it be Your will bless Seth with a healthy immune system to fight off these allergies. Bless continually Seth with good health & peace for the entire Fong family in Jesus name amen.

Here's an article http://www.getridofthings.com/get-rid-of-hives.htm says a lot of things, but thing which stood out is if the rash is on the face as long as you don't itch it then it will naturally go away.

Here's an article about foods that boost the immune system:

Ultimately our God's everlasting arms are underneath Seth & all of us His children as Pastor Brian Brodersen & Chuck Smith two weeks in a row.

Praying the LORD blesses & continually gives you & Oden His power to bless Him, one another & your family, especially Seth because he needs the special attention. The LORD bless you in Jesus name amen.
